As demand for our HR services continues to increase, we're delighted to be recruiting for three exciting opportunities:
Join Edwin People as a People Partner and play a key role in delivering strategic HR support to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, you'll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, workforce strategy, and HR best practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and making a positive impact across the education sector. Education sector experience is preferred but not essential.
As a People Adviser, you'll provide practical, solution-focused HR advice and support to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll manage employee relations cases, support organisational change projects, and help deliver high-quality HR services that enable schools to attract, retain and develop great people. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to build their expertise within the education sector.
Start your HR career with Edwin People. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised HR qualification. You'll support a wide range of HR advisory, employee relations, recruitment and organisational development activities, including preparing HR documentation, attending meetings, supporting client projects, and contributing to academy conversion and Multi-Academy Trust merger projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and passionate about developing a career in HR within the education sector.
